Your Privacy, By Design

Here's a clear, honest explanation of how we protect your health information — no fine print, no jargon.

The Simple Version

You share health details with us so we can guide you. We look at that information just long enough to understand your health picture, then it's gone from our servers for good. What we keep is a general sense of your journey — never your actual answers. We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone else.

What You Share With Us

To build a program around you, we ask for real information — here's exactly what that includes:

Your answers to our onboarding questionnaire — things like your goals, habits, and health background.
Your daily and weekly check-in responses.
Measurements you choose to share, like weight or waist size.
Your preferences and goals for your program.

What Happens To It

This is the part that matters most, so we want to be exact about it.

It travels to us, briefly

Your information is sent securely to our servers so it can be understood.

We build a picture — then let it go

We use it to understand where you are in your health journey. Once that picture is built, your raw information is deleted from our servers.

Only understanding remains

What's left behind is an abstract sense of your journey — not your original answers, and not something that can be turned back into them.

That's the whole model: your information passes through briefly, does its job, and then it's gone.

What We Never Do

Store your raw health information in the cloud.
Sell your data — ever, to anyone.
Share your health information with third parties.
Use your health data for advertising.
Let your health details appear in our logs, backups, caches, or analytics.

What We Do Store

We believe in being honest about this, not just quiet about it. We do retain something — here's exactly what, and why.

What we keep is an abstract understanding of your health journey: things like your current stage and general progress trends. It is not your original answers or measurements, and it cannot be turned back into them. This understanding is what allows your program to stay personal without us holding onto your personal details.

Zero-Footprint Design

We call this a zero-footprint approach. It means we built the entire system so that even if someone gained access to our servers, they couldn't learn anything meaningful about your health. There's no vault of raw answers to find — because we never kept one in the first place.
